March 19, Kathmandu – The Lumbini Province Cricket Association has announced its team for the Prime Minister’s (PM) Cup One-Day Cricket Tournament starting from March 21. The association has named a 15-member squad led by captain Dev Khanal.
The squad includes Dev Khanal along with Akash Tripathi, Prajwal Thapa, Sumit Shrestha, Ranjit Khadka, Salauddin Khan, Santosh Yadav, Ajay Chauhan, Nirmal Gurung, Dinesh Bohora, Rajendrabahadur Bam, Virbahadur Gharti Magar, Darsh Sunar, Sandesh Thapa, and Biparshan KC.
Additionally, Ramesh Kurmi, Narbahadur Sarki, Dipesh Roka, Mahesh Bhar, and Samrat Bhusal have been named as reserve players.
The Prime Minister’s Cup One-Day Cricket Tournament will be held across four venues in Bagmati and Madhesh provinces starting on March 21. Lumbini will play its opening match against Karnali Province on Saturday in Parsa. All of Lumbini’s matches will be hosted in Janakpur and Parsa.
