Kavha Women’s Nations Volleyball League to Begin in Kathmandu from Second Week of Jestha

March 19, Kathmandu – The Kavha Women’s Nations Volleyball League is scheduled to commence on May 22. Roshan Shrestha, General Secretary of the Nepal Volleyball Association, announced that the league, which had been previously postponed, will now take place from May 22 to May 30.
Initially, the league was planned for last November and was to be held in an open ground in Kathmandu. However, it could not proceed due to the Gen-Z protests held on September 8 and 9.
This time, the league will be organized at the covered hall located in Tripureshwor, as confirmed by General Secretary Shrestha.
Eight countries are expected to participate in the Kavha Women’s Nations League. Additionally, Shrestha shared that Nepal has already started training for the league.
A total of 20 players have been included in a closed training camp for the preparations.
