
March 2, Kathmandu – Hark Sampang, Chairman of the Labour Culture Party, has expressed his wish to speak for 1 hour and 7 minutes in the parliament.
The meeting of the House of Representatives is set to commence today. In this first session of the assembly, top leaders are scheduled to address the members.
Speaking time for the congratulatory remarks has been allocated based on the number of MPs each party holds. Accordingly, the Labour Culture Party has been granted 7 minutes.
Chairman Sampang will deliver the address on behalf of the Labour Culture Party.
“I have been informed that I can speak for only 7 minutes. However, I wish to speak not for 7 minutes, but for 1 hour and 7 minutes,” Sampang wrote on social media, “carrying the message of the country’s independence, sovereignty, the suffering of the Nepali people, and their aspirations for development.”
