Documentary on Ujwal Thapa, ‘Dimag Ghochne Manchhe,’ Now Available on Digo OTT Platform

Kathmandu, March 2 – The documentary ‘Dimag Ghochne Manchhe,’ based on the life of the late Ujwal Thapa, is now available on the Digo (Dishome Go) OTT platform starting today. The film, which premiered in cinemas on January 8, can now also be viewed via OTT streaming. According to the production team, the primary proceeds from this documentary will be donated to the Ujwal Thapa Foundation. The foundation aims to continue the social and civic campaigns initiated by Ujwal Thapa.
The documentary provides a detailed portrayal of Ujwal Thapa’s childhood, his studies in the United States, and his struggles for alternative politics after returning to Nepal. It has been created using rare video footage as well as interviews with his friends, associates, and critics. For viewers within Nepal, the documentary can be accessed on the OTT platform at a fee of NPR 199. Audiences in the United States and Australia will pay $4.99, while viewers elsewhere in the world can watch it for $2.99.
