Kathmandu – Vice President Ram Sahaya Prasad Yadav has been admitted to the hospital due to health concerns. He was admitted at 9 PM on Monday night to the Manmohan Cardiothoracic Vascular and Transplant Center located in Maharajgunj.
Dr. Ratnamani Gajurel, director of the hospital, stated that he was admitted due to high blood pressure. “He felt discomfort before bedtime and was brought to the hospital. Upon arrival, his blood pressure was elevated,” Dr. Gajurel explained. “He also had abdominal gas.”
According to Dr. Gajurel, the Vice President’s current health condition is stable. “Some test results have come back normal while others are still awaited,” he added.
The treatment team includes Dr. Ratnamani Gajurel, the hospital director and senior cardiologist, along with gastroenterology specialists.
Vice President Yadav is currently admitted in VIP cabin number 701 at the hospital.
