A man has gone missing while bathing at the Marsyangdi River dam located in Baradi, Ward No. 1 of Aangukhaireni Rural Municipality, Tanahun. The Armed Police Force Nepal and Tanahun District Police Office are currently conducting search operations to locate the missing individual. Assistant Superintendent of Police Shravan Kumar Bik from the Tanahun District Police Office stated that, so far, the missing person has not been found.
April 14, Tanahun — A man disappeared while bathing at the Marsyangdi River dam near Akala Temple in Baradi, Ward No. 1 of Aangukhaireni Rural Municipality, Tanahun. According to local sources, the man is known as Tika Magar (Dhalkhe). The District Police Office of Tanahun confirmed that he went missing during the bath. Following the incident, a team from the Armed Police Force Nepal was immediately dispatched to conduct search efforts. The Armed Police team based in Bhanu is continuing the search operations today as well. Assistant Superintendent of Police Shravan Kumar Bik of Tanahun District Police Office stated that no evidence or sign of the missing individual has been found so far. The police have indicated that further details regarding the incident are awaited.
