In the match played on Saturday night, Hyderabad defeated Chennai Super Kings by 10 runs. Chasing a target of 195 runs set by Hyderabad, Chennai managed only 184 runs for the loss of 8 wickets in their full 20 overs. Matthew Short was the top scorer with 34 runs.
