Speaking at a meeting with former central members aligned with Sher Bahadur Deuba’s faction on Sunday, Ghimire said, “The issue of disputes is now resolved. It is necessary to politically consolidate the party and move forward.” He added, “Gagan Ji must advance by embracing all members. It is his responsibility to determine how to include members excluded from the special general convention.” He also urged the Deuba faction to work on strengthening party unity. “The party is currently weak. The current establishment group must abandon the mindset of ‘we’ve won, we’re done’ and strive to move the party forward unitedly. Everyone must stand together in this,” he said.
