Nepali Army Warns of Action Against Disorderly and Anarchic Activities

The Nepali Army has expressed serious concern over various allegations directed at its organization and leadership. The army has requested vigilance against false information and statements circulated through some media outlets and social networks. In a press note issued on Friday, the army pointed out false information and statements about the Nepali Army and its leadership being circulated on certain media platforms and social media. The army cautioned against such actions as these materials create confusion among the public.

“The Nepali Army and related agencies are continuously monitoring such disorderly and anarchic activities. It is also reminded that those engaging in such acts will be subject to applicable laws,” the warning issued by the army stated.
