Kathmandu, 31 Baishakh – The Finance Minister has begun responding to the policy and program despite protests and interruptions from opposition parties. The opposition has been persistently disrupting the session with vocal protests. However, Speaker DP Aryal has managed to remove the obstructions and pushed the house proceedings forward.
