Nepali athletes Prem Limbu and Ayesha Shakya secured a silver medal in the under-40 mixed poomsae category at the 9th Asian Poomsae Taekwondo Championship held in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia. Additionally, Prem Limbu earned a bronze medal in the under-40 men’s individual poomsae event. Kathmandu, 6 Jestha. Prem Limbu and Ayesha Shakya showcased outstanding performances at the 9th Asian Poomsae Taekwondo Championship, winning silver medals. The competition, hosted in Ulaanbaatar, Mongolia, saw them achieve silver in the mixed poomsae category for athletes under 40 years of age. Earlier, Prem Limbu had already claimed a bronze medal in the men’s individual poomsae division of the same age group.
