Winning the toss, Malaysia elected to bat first and managed 82 runs losing 9 wickets in their 20 overs. For Malaysia, Aina Hamiza contributed 17 runs, Dhanushri added 15 runs, and Ariana Natasha remained unbeaten on 13. Nepal’s bowlers Kavita Kunwar, Riya Sharma, and Rubina K.C. took 2 wickets each, while Pooja Mahato and Sita Rana Magar claimed 1 wicket apiece. Earlier, in the first match, Nepal had secured a hard-fought victory chasing a target of 68 runs.
