The price of gold decreased by Rs 100 per tola on Friday. The previous day, gold prices had risen by Rs 1,800 per tola, but today it declined slightly by Rs 100. The Nepal Gold and Silver Dealers Association set the gold price at Rs 293,700 per tola today, down from Rs 293,800 the day before.
Similarly, the price of gold last Friday was Rs 298,500 per tola. In contrast, the price of silver increased by Rs 65 per tola today. While silver was priced at Rs 5,050 per tola the previous day, it is now Rs 5,115. Last Friday, silver traded at Rs 5,390 per tola.
