Nepal to Play Practice Matches Against Jersey Ahead of Upcoming ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 Series

The Nepal national cricket team plans to visit Jersey in July for practice matches ahead of the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 series. According to the Cricket Association of Nepal, Nepal will play two one-day practice matches in Jersey on July 13 and 15. The League 2 competition involving Nepal, Namibia, and the Netherlands is scheduled to begin on July 21.

May 31, Kathmandu – The Nepal cricket team has finalized plans to tour Jersey in July for preparation before the ICC Cricket World Cup League 2 series. The Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN) has announced that the team will participate in a training camp in Jersey, including two one-day practice matches. The first match is set for July 13, followed by the second on July 15. Subsequently, the League 2 series featuring Nepal, Namibia, and the Netherlands will commence on July 21. Organizing these matches in Jersey aims to provide an ideal environment for Nepal’s preparation. In recent weeks, Nepal has completed two domestic series, winning six out of eight games, solidifying its position in the League 2 points table.
