Kane’s Goal Gives England First Lead Against DR Congo

At Atlanta Stadium, in the 86th minute of the ongoing match, England took the lead for the first time in the game. During the Round of 32 of the FIFA World Cup 2026, England gained the lead against DR Congo with a goal in the 86th minute. Captain Harry Kane scored his second goal of the match to put England ahead. Brian Chipenga scored in the 7th minute, giving DR Congo an early lead.
