After the loss to Spain, he shared that bidding farewell to his loved ones and supporters was deeply painful. “I am very saddened to be ousted from the World Cup in this manner. I gave my all and performed at my best, and I am leaving with a content heart,” he said.
Regarding retirement, Ronaldo made it clear that he will not make any decisions hastily. He stated, “Yes, this was my last World Cup, but now I have time to reflect and spend with my family. I will not rush into any decisions.”
