A three-match T20 series between Nepal and India’s ‘A’ team is set to take place at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground, according to the Cricket Association of Nepal (CAN). Nepal has confirmed it will host India’s ‘A’ team for this home T20 cricket series. CAN has extended a formal invitation to the Indian ‘A’ team for this tour. The series is expected to help elevate the standard of Nepali cricketers. (26 Ashad, Kathmandu).
Both teams have agreed to contest the T20 series on Nepalese soil. The three-match T20 series will be played at the Tribhuvan University Cricket Ground between Nepal and India’s ‘A’ team. This series was finalized following a meeting at the ICC conference in Scotland between CAN President Chatur Bahadur Chand, Secretary Paras Khadka, and BCCI Secretary Devjit Saikia.
The series is scheduled from December 9 to 13. The first match will be held on December 9, the second on December 11, and the final game on December 13. This T20 series between Nepal and India’s ‘A’ teams is expected to provide Nepalese cricket with a platform for high-level competitive experience.
