In Oakland, California, firefighters tackling a wildfire were surprised to discover a parrot trapped at the site of the fire. Sensing the bird appeared to need help, they assisted it by placing an oxygen mask on the parrot.
According to the firefighting personnel, the parrot looked visibly distressed. You can watch the video here.
