2nd Shrawan, Kathmandu – Abhijeet Deep, the founder of the Kakaroch Janata Party (CJP), has started an indefinite hunger strike. The party announced this through its official X handle on Saturday morning. This decision was taken after the Delhi police forcibly took environmental activist Sonam Wangchuk from a protest site to a hospital.
The CJP’s X handle stated, “Abhijeet Deep is on an indefinite hunger strike. The previously scheduled ‘Chalo Sansad’ march on July 20 will proceed as planned.” Abhijeet Deep also confirmed this through an X post.
