According to the Russian Ministry of Defense, on July 19, attacks were conducted using Geran-4 drones, damaging bulk carriers and ships anchored outside Odesa port. On the night of July 20, Russian forces continued their assaults on ports aiding the Ukrainian military. On July 18, Russian troops targeted a launcher of the Neptune coastal missile system. This attack employed Iskander ballistic missiles and Geran-4 seeker drones in the Mykolaiv region.
Throughout July 19, Russian forces repeatedly attacked Ukrainian ports and vessels. The Geran-4 seeker drone struck a bulk carrier anchored outside Odesa port. Additionally, a warehouse at Yuzhny port storing military equipment supplied by Western countries for Ukrainian forces was also targeted.
