Austrian Youth Sets New Record Riding Bicycle 950 Meters Above Ground on Hot Air Balloon

Thirty-year-old Elias Schwarzler from Austria set a new record during an adventurous feat carried out in Bulgaria by riding a bicycle atop a hot air balloon at an altitude of 950 meters. While riding a trail bike at this height, he also performed a ‘double front flip.’ Afterwards, he used a parachute to safely descend to the ground. This achievement is recognized as the first of its kind globally.
