According to a video released on August 4 by the regional military administration of Ukraine’s Kherson region, a drone is seen chasing a vegetable vendor in a local market. The individual is seen running to escape from the drone. Shortly afterward, the drone explodes. Although the vendor was injured in the blast, his life was spared, as reported by Yaroslav Shanko, head of the Kherson military administration, via Telegram. Ukrainian officials are describing this incident as a “targeted attack” carried out by the Russian military. Russia has consistently denied allegations of deliberate attacks on civilians, rejecting the accusations repeatedly.
