The four-member Nepali tennis team has confirmed its training session in Bengaluru, India, as part of its preparation for the 20th Asian Games. The squad comprises players Pradeep Khadka, Nisan Shrestha, and Swastika Bista, with coaching led by Renudevi Konda. The team will undergo training at the Rohan Bopanna Tennis Academy and is scheduled to return to Nepal on September 8.
Meanwhile, Abhishek Bastola and Shivali Gurung, selected for the 20th Asian Games, are currently training abroad, according to the Nepal Tennis Association. The team was officially seen off on Wednesday by National Sports Council (NSC) Vice President Vishal Shrestha, NSC Member-Secretary Ramcharitra Mehta, NSC Executive Committee Member Sikka Suwal Shrestha, and Nepal Tennis Association President Manohardas Mool.
