Nabil Bank Appoints Global IME Capital as Sales Manager for Nabil Debenture 2093 Issuance

Nabil Bank has appointed Global IME Capital as the sales manager for the issuance of Nabil Debenture 2093, offering an interest rate of 5.5 percent. The bank plans to issue 4 million debentures with a face value of NPR 1,000 each for a 10-year tenure, aiming to raise NPR 400 crore. Of these, 2.4 million units will be sold privately while 1.6 million units will be offered through a public issuance.
Kathmandu, 7 Bhadra — Nabil Bank has designated Global IME Capital as the sales manager for the debenture named Nabil Debenture 2093, which carries an annual interest rate of 5.5 percent. The agreement was signed on Tuesday by Nabil Bank’s CEO, Manojkumar Gyawali, and Global IME Capital Limited’s CEO, Mandip Luintel.
The bank plans to issue 4 million debenture units, each with a face value of NPR 1,000, with a tenure of 10 years, intending to mobilize a total amount of NPR 400 crore. Out of these, 2.4 million units—worth NPR 240 crore—will be sold privately. Additionally, 1.6 million units, including 65,000 units (5 percent) allocated for collective investment funds, will be sold through public issuance, the bank stated.
