At Devi Ghat, located on the Galchi-Bidur road section, the installation of a Bailey bridge over the Tadi River is expected to be completed within approximately two days, according to the Roads Department spokesperson.

After the 55-meter-long bridge east of the site was washed away, the Nepali Army is currently using its available Bailey bridges to reopen the road.

Due to only a 50-meter length of Bailey bridge being available with the Roads Department, the installation is being carried out accordingly, although the Army also possesses 76-meter-long Bailey bridges.

Officials have stated that the top priority is to quickly reconnect Rasuwa to the national highway and reopen the washed-away section of the Prithvi Highway.

According to the government, the floods in Rasuwa have damaged 41 motorable bridges, 45 suspension bridges, and approximately 40 kilometers of roads.
