Kathmandu – Kajol Sundhauli has emerged as the lucky winner of the second week’s lucky draw organized by Phiriri, a Nepali ride-sharing and digital services platform. After using Phiriri’s bike service, she received a mobile phone and a bag as prizes.
According to Kajol, she downloaded the Phiriri app after a relative informed her about it. She said, “A sister told me about Phiriri, so I downloaded the app. I heard it was a Nepali ride-sharing app. Then I started using the service. I really liked it because it is affordable and reliable. Since it’s a Nepali app, I felt it should be supported. Many well-known companies are foreign.”
Kushal Khadka, Managing Director of Phiriri, stated that approximately 10,000 riders have joined the platform within just two months of its launch. He added, “As a Nepali-developed and Nepali-owned digital platform, we have plans to expand Phiriri throughout the country.”
Currently operating in the Kathmandu Valley, Phiriri is preparing to expand its services to major cities across Nepal, according to Khadka.
Beyond ride-sharing, Phiriri offers food delivery, hotel bookings, a marketplace, and real estate-related services—all accessible via a single app. The company aims to develop Phiriri into a versatile digital platform.
Phiriri regularly holds weekly lucky draws among its users, rewarding one winner with gifts each week. The first week’s lucky draw winner was Srijana Rajyalakshmi Rana.
The weekly lucky draw program is designed to encourage users to engage with Phiriri’s services while strengthening customer relations.
