At the ongoing 20th Asian Games in Japan, Nepal’s Min Bahadur Tamang secured a decisive 4–1 victory over Hong Kong’s Chow Ka Him in the men’s karate kumite over 68 kg category, advancing to the quarterfinals. He achieved this win in the round of 16 held at Toyohashi Gymnasium. Min Bahadur will now face Tajikistan’s Mohammad Mirzojoda in the quarterfinals.
