Nepalese Women’s Table Tennis Team Eliminated from Team Competition at 20th Asian Games

At the 20th Asian Games, Nepalese table tennis players Ivana Thapa, Youngi Paudel, and Navita Shrestha have been disqualified from the women’s team competition. The Nepalese team was defeated 3–1 by Macau in a match held Monday morning at Sky Hall Toyota in Japan. In Group ‘A’, the team also suffered a 3–0 loss to China on Sunday. These athletes will continue to compete in the individual events.
