Iranian President Commits to Continued Dialogue with the United States

Iranian President Masoud Pezeshkian has expressed a commitment to maintaining ongoing dialogue with the United States. Despite America having attacked Iran three times during negotiations, he stated that Iran has never distanced itself from communication. Speaking at an event with entrepreneurs, Pezeshkian noted that the government is seriously working to resolve all issues faced by the business sector. His remarks were published by the semi-official Tasnim News Agency.

“We have never distanced ourselves from dialogue, nor will we,” Pezeshkian said, “although the United States has targeted our country three times.” He emphasized the strong coordination and cooperation among state leaders and stressed ongoing efforts to address all problems and weaknesses. Despite maritime restrictions, Iran is actively working to expand land-based import-export alternatives with Pakistan, Iraq, Turkmenistan, and Azerbaijan.
