June 25, Kathmandu – The race for the General Secretary position within Rashwap has become intensely competitive. Even before the results for the central members were announced, more than half a dozen leaders had already declared their candidacy for the General Secretary post. Leaders including Bipin Acharya, Shishir Khanal, Kavindra Burlakoti, Ganesh Parajuli, Manish Jha, Ranju Darshana, Sagar Dhakal, Pramod Nyaupane, and Ganesh Karki have all filed their claims for the position. Burlakoti currently serves as the General Secretary, while Acharya is the elected Co-General Secretary and Jha serves as the party spokesperson.
