Everest Women’s Volleyball League Scheduled in Kathmandu from October 1 to 10

The third edition of the Everest Women’s Volleyball League is set to take place from October 1 to 10 (Ashoj 15 to 24) at the Dashrath Rangashala Covered Hall in Kathmandu. The Nepal Volleyball Association has officially approved the tournament, and the organizers have formally commenced preparations. Aiming to promote the development of women’s volleyball and enhance players’ skills, the league is planned to be grander and more organized than previous editions.
The organizers have announced the official dates for the third edition, confirming the competition will be held from October 1 to 10, corresponding to Ashoj 15 to 24 on the Nepali calendar. The Nepal Volleyball Association has also given its formal approval for these dates, allowing the necessary preparations for the league’s third edition to proceed officially.
Building upon the success and growing popularity of the first two editions, plans are underway to make this third edition more spectacular, competitive, and well-structured. The league aims to provide high-level competition for women volleyball players, contributing significantly to the development of women’s volleyball and the enhancement of players’ abilities in Nepal. Earlier this week, the dates for the men’s franchise league, Nepal Volleyball League (NVL), were also announced, with the tournament scheduled from September 5 to 13 (Bhadra 19 to 27).
