Security officials on the vessel informed UK MTO that an unknown projectile struck the ship near the Strait of Hormuz. Details regarding the type of projectile and the parties involved have not yet been disclosed as investigations continue. UK MTO has urged other vessels transiting the Strait of Hormuz to remain vigilant and report any suspicious activity immediately.
