
Starting Tuesday, Ncell has introduced a new 60-second pulse rate for international outgoing calls to 198 destination countries. The Nepal Telecommunications Authority approved the new pulse rates under Section 42 of the Telecommunications Act 2053 on August 7.
Countries where the new pulse rate is applied include Australia, Bahrain, Canada, the United States, China, Finland, Denmark, France, Germany, India, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, South Korea, Lebanon, Malaysia, New Zealand, Norway, Pakistan, Poland, Qatar, Russia, Romania, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Taiwan, Thailand, Turkey, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, Mexico, Libya, among other destinations.
