In the United Arab Emirates (UAE), six of the seven Nepalis injured by falling drone debris in Abu Dhabi have been discharged from hospital. The Nepali Embassy in Abu Dhabi conveyed updates on the condition of the Nepalis and confirmed that six have been released. Embassy staff have maintained communication with all seven injured individuals.
One injured person remains hospitalized but is reported to be in a stable condition, according to the Nepali Embassy in Abu Dhabi. Following reports from UAE government media confirming seven Nepalis injured, the embassy expressed concern and sought updates on their condition. On Friday, after the UAE’s air defense system intercepted a drone launched by Iran using missiles, debris fell in the Ajban area of Abu Dhabi. This incident resulted in a total of 12 injuries, including seven Nepalis and five Indian nationals.
