Flood victims have been receiving various types of assistance from local authorities. In the month of Bhadra, flooding in the Bhote Koshi and lower Trishuli rivers caused significant damage across several districts, including Rasuwa. Alongside relief efforts from the federal and provincial governments, local bodies have also been actively providing aid and services to those affected. Manika Bishwakarma of ‘BBC Hatmalo’ conducted an interview with Madhav Prasad Aryal, Chairperson of the municipality, to explore these efforts.
